Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your Diabetes Tracker or Family Tree account and the data linked to it at any time.
What happens
- We delete your account and the data stored with it — for example meal logs, reminders, family members and photos.
- We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.
- We may keep limited records where the law requires it, such as purchase records held by Google Play.
- Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Cancel any subscription in Google Play first.
