When you use our contact or account deletion forms, we collect what you enter — such as your name, email, company and message. We use it only to reply to you or act on your request.

How the website works

The website is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions and standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and email (Netlify and Zoho Mail), or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and delete them when no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
